Here's the problem with the average cookbook- the recipes are so dang complicated! Did you go to culinary school? I definitely didn't.
Then they have these crazy ingredients that are either super expensive, or you can't find them at your average grocery store. Who can afford Whole Foods all the time? (I wish!)
Finish it off with the conundrum- is it actually going to be tasty? And will it be nutritious too? Like what do the ingredients offer and how do they help your body?
